Here are some of the ways in which we make sure everyone stays safe:

  • We carry out a detailed risk assessment before starting any work.
  • We provide comprehensive method statements where required.
  • All members of staff are trained in first aid
  • All our equipment is tested and complies with L.O.L.E.R (Lifting Operations and Regulations Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998). That means our tree climbing equipment is inspected by a qualified LOLER Inspector bi-annually.
  • All of our equipment is inspected regularly in line with P.U.W.E.R (The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998).
  • All of our works conform to B.S.3998 (1989).
  • We are fully compliant with W.A.H (Working at Height Regulations 2005)
  • Operations adjacent to any highway are controlled by qualified staff, with a safe system of work, in accordance with Chapter 8 of the Traffic Signs Manual 1991.

We work strictly in line with our Health and Safety Policy which was developed following a rigorous review of the likely hazards that could arise from our operations and the industry guidance governing any proposed tasks.
